Spring Fling
Saturday May 18
noon-7 p.m.
Save the date for this annual gathering of outdoor enthusiasts at the home of VOWA board member Steve Coffman and his wife Julie at Swift Run Meadows located at 1050 Garth Road, Standardsville, VA 22973.
Starting at about noon we’ll have a Potluck Lunch. Bring your favorite picnic food and beverage. The Coffman home and party barn sits on 5 acres, bordering Swift Run with a ¾-acre stocked pond and a 175-yard shooting range. There is a large back yard, great for kids of all ages to throw horseshoes, toss cornhole, or sit and chat around the fire pit and large patio or screened porch.
No need for rain date as there is a 30 x 60 Party Barn with a great room for gathering, full kitchen, workshop and restroom.
You won’t want to miss this outdoors fun. VOWA members and friends and those considering membership are all welcome.
